Shipping costs vary per your location and will be calculated when you enter your address.


How long does delivery take?

International delivery takes approximately 10-15 business days. 


This is not the size/colour I’ve ordered!

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear this. If you received something different to what you ordered, please send us an email with your order details and a few photos of the incorrect item to  help@fitgear.shop. We will exchange your item for a correct item, but if your correct item is out of stock, we will issue you a full refund.


An item is missing from my order.

We’re so sorry about this! Please email us at help@fitgear.shop with your order details and we’ll send it to you ASAP!


Which address should I ship my order to?

Anywhere that’s convenient for you! However, please note that most courier services only operate during working hours and there is no delivery during weekends. If the parcel is undelivered as per the courier’s website update, please contact the courier accordingly.


How do I place an order?

Just head to www.shopfitgear.com and browse! You should be able to see all our products displayed on the product page. Then all that’s left is to checkout with our streamlined checkout system.


What payment methods do you accept?

At FITGEAR™, we take security very seriously, especially when it comes to payment.

Payments through debit/credit cards are verified by Paypal to avoid any fraudulent activities. For payments with a debit/credit card, please select PayPal and choose "Pay as Guest". If you wish to pay with your PayPal account, please sign in and checkout accordingly. 


Can I amend/cancel my order?

You can make amendments/cancellations to your order within 48 hours after you have checked out. Drop us an email at help@fitgear.shop and we’ll stop processing your order. T&Cs apply.


How do I add an item to my order after checking out?

You will need to make a separate order as we are unable to overwrite PayPal's payment. If you want to add on an item, email us at help@fitgear.shop and we’ll help sort that out for you!


How will I know when you’ve restocked?

Please key in your email address on the product page below "Out of Stock" and we’ll email you when the items are back in stock.


Will you share my details with any other companies?

All information you provide us with is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.


What is your return policy?

All the items purchased on www.shopfitgear.com can be exchanged or returned within 365 days from the date of purchase. Items that are damaged, marked, or altered by the customer will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty or we've sent you an incorrect order by mistake, please send it back to us within 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. We will bear the postage fees of shipping the item back to us in the return process. 

If you decide you don’t want the item you purchased or you wish to return an unwanted* gift, we will refund your purchase if we receive your items as long as they are in the condition you've received it (unworn/unwashed). Kindly note that the shipping fees for the return process will not be covered and your refund will be processed based on the original purchaser’s payment method. *T&Cs apply.


How do I return something to you?

You can return any item to us within 365 days from the date of purchase, as long as the item is still has the original tags, and is unworn & unwashed. Email us at help@fitgear.shop and provide us with your order number, name of the item, and the reason for returning. Our customer service representative will be happy to assist you with the return process. 

*Free gifts and accessories must be returned with the return item.


Can I exchange my item to a new size?

Yes of course!* When you return your item to us, kindly state in the return form the new size that you want and we'll process it accordingly.

*Exchanges are only valid for items that are of equivalent or lower value. While stocks last.


Will you refund me my delivery charge?

Unless you are returning a defective product that we sent out, all shipping costs are borne by the purchaser. We are not liable for replacements/exchanges/refunds until the item returns to our warehouse.


Have you received my returned items?

We will email you as soon as we receive and process the parcel to let you know that it is safely in our hands.


I returned an item and it was incorrectly shipped.

Kindly email us at help@fitgear.shop and we will check on your order accordingly.


Do you have a shop where I can collect or return my parcel?

Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores at the moment. 


What are your standard terms & conditions for sales using codes?

  • Applicable once in a single receipt.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined.
  • Cash vouchers and store credit are not exchangeable for cash.


Why is my discount code not working?

Please email us with the code you wish to use and we will check with the team accordingly.


What do I do if I have any additional inquiries for my order?
